Your Order
1. Orders received before 12:00 PM eastern will usually be shipped the same working day. Orders placed on a weekend or major holiday will ship the next working day. UPS Ground Delivery Schedule

2. Holiday Rush - To treat all of are customers fairly, orders are processed in order received. Although every effort is made to prioritize shipments, we cannot guarantee same or next business day shipping during the busy holiday season. (Nov.-Jan.)

3. In the event that your order can not be shipped due to credit card address verification, insufficient funds, missing or incorrect card numbers etc. you will be notified via e-mail or by phone.

4. Once you have placed your order, order details will be sent to you instantly via email.

5. Tracking numbers are sent automatically via e-mail, usually within 24 hours after order has been shipped. Note: Your email address must be correct and your email account must not have any Spam blocking software installed.

Back Orders
Although this web site offers stock monitoring and alerts the customer if an item is out of stock, this is not always 100% timely accurate due to data entry etc. In the event that we are out of stock on an item, you will be notified via email or telephone. All orders over 30 days old are automatically canceled unless agreement is made between customer and us.

Address Corrections
We are not responsible at any time for incorrect address information or products ordered. Please be sure to check your order email confirmation closely. If you have found that you made an error, contact us immediately using our Contact Form.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Cancellations are only accepted if item or items ordered are out of stock and on backorder. Your backorder is not considered canceled until you receive email confirmation with a cancellation number from us. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on this site.

Undelivered Shipments
Customers are responsible for shipping charges for refused or undeliverable shipments for reasons beyond the control of Carrier. There also will be a 10% restocking fee that applies.

Return Policy

Please read our guidelines below...

Due to health, sanitation and contamination reasons nail polish, removers, top & base coat as well as nail treatments can not be returned. The products on this site are intended for trained professional use. All UV nail curing dryers have a 14 day return policy. New or defective UV nail drying lights may only be returned for exchange. No refunds will be issued. After 14 days, defective merchadise must be handled through the warranty policy of the manufacturer and must be handled with them direct. Absolutely no returns accepted for any reason after 14 days. We are not responsible for return shipping or charges.

Returns must have copy of sales receipt, all packaging, parts, accessories, blank warranty cards, manuals, etc. The merchandise and packaging must be clean and in new, resalable condition without any tape added to the original merchandise container. Returns must be packed inside a shipping box. If these guidelines are not met merchandise may be refused or shipped back to the customer.

Please contact us for a return authorization number using our Return Form.
Any returns received without the RA # on the outside of the box will be refused.
